NTPC to set up 2,640 Mw plant in Madhya Pradesh

This project would have four units of 660 Mw each with supercritical technology, NTPC said in a statement. NTPC has total installed capacity of 30,644 Mw through 26 power plants. The company has capacity addition target of becoming 75 Gw by 2017 and currently has 17,930 Mw under construction.
