"The Governor will be meeting Chavan first, followed by a separate meeting with Bhujbal to discuss the issue of government formation," a Raj Bhavan spokesperson said.
Assembly election results were announced on October 22, but the new government is yet to be sworn in.
The delay in formation of the government is being attributed to wrangling between Congress and NCP on the issue of portfolio allocation.
