Helix Tech to invest Rs 300 cr on R&D

e-Learning firm Helix Technology Solutions today said it plans to invest Rs 300 crore in phases for research and development (R&D). Sensex ends up 35pts In addition, a sum of Rs 100 crore has already been invested towards initial development of the products and the required technology platform, it added. The company did not divulge how the programme would be funded or the period of investment. A team of 400 technology professionals and 60 expert academicians are currently working towards conceptualising and enhancing the new suite of products, scheduled to be completed within two years, it added.
