Launch of Microsoft’s hosted customer relationship management (CRM) product, targeted at sales and marketing professional, will follow suit, he said. “The email market in India is expected to reach $125 million by 2012, growing at a compound growth rate of 24 per cent. There are 4.55 million broadband-connected small and medium business PCs, and 13 per cent of this is expected to be the hosted exchange opportunity,” he added.
