Chiru asks party MLAs to withdraw resignation

The MLAs reportedly made it clear that it would be difficult for them to face the people at a time when legislators of other parties too resigned on the issue. Chiranjeevi told newsmen at the end of the meeting that his party MLAs were facing pressure in the wake of the latest political development and hence offered their resignations. "I, however, appeal to them to take back their resignations," Chirajeevi said. The PRP Chief found fault with the Congress for "not making its stand on Telangana clear" even after other parties spelt out their views.
